Supervisory Committee
Elected directly by members at the Annual General Meeting, the Supervisory Committee serves as our independent internal audit watchdog. Operating autonomously from the Board, this committee reviews loan portfolios, conducts internal financial audits, verifies cash and security balances, and reports directly to the general membership to safeguard institutional transparency.

Credit Committee
The Credit Committee evaluates and approves member loan applications in accordance with our credit policy and lending criteria. Meeting regularly to appraise personal, vehicle, and mortgage loan requests, this member-elected body ensures quick turnaround times, compassionate underwriting, and the long-term solvency of our loan portfolio.

Appointed by the Board of Directors, the Investment Committee is tasked with safeguarding and optimizing our financial resources. Through prudent asset allocation, sovereign fixed income management, and liquidity stress testing, this committee ensures capital safety while generating sustainable returns to fund annual member dividends.
