How long does it take to process a transfer request?
Standard transfer requests are processed within two (2) business days from the date of submission and verification.
Are there fees for transferring between internal accounts?
Internal transfers from Deposit to Loan or Deposit to Shares are completely free ($0.00). Standard share reallocation rules apply if moving funds out of the share capital account.
Can I transfer funds to an external commercial bank account?
Yes. You can request direct ACH electronic transfers to your personal accounts at First Citizens Bank, Republic Bank, Scotiabank, or RBC Royal Bank.
Can I apply a transfer towards early loan payoff?
Yes! You can transfer deposit or unencumbered share funds directly towards your loan principal at any time with zero early settlement penalties.
